From the perspective of Social Ecosystem Theory, this study situates breastfeeding in its corresponding social context. It systematically reviews and summarizes the influencing factors of breastfeeding at three levels:macrosystem, mesosystem and microsystem, aiming to provide references for deepening and expanding breastfeeding studies, as well as promoting the spreading of breastfeeding.
