Abstract:Objective To systematically search, extract and summarize the best evidence of exercise intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), in order to provide evidence-based practical basis for clinical exercise intervention rehabilitation training. Methods According to the "6S" evidence resource pyramid model, Systematic search UpToDate Computer Decision System, BMJ, International Guidelines Collaboration Network, World Health Organization, National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence, American Guidelines Network, Joanna Briggs Research Institute, Australia, Journal of the American Medical Association, Meitong, National Autistic Society, American Academy of Pediatrics, American Center for Autism Professional Development, Coch rane Library, PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, CHINAL, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, CNKI, Wanfang and VIP database related to exercise intervention for children with ASD, including guidelines, consensus, clinical decision, systematic review, randomized controlled trial, etc. The search period is up to June 2024. The literature was screened, included and evaluated independently by two researchers, and the evidence was extracted, summarized and graded according to the contents of the included literature. Results A total of 15 literatures were included, including 3 clinical decisions, 1 guidelines, 1 evidence summary, 4 systematic reviews, 2 meta-analyses, and 4 randomized controlled trials. Finally, a total of 26 pieces of best evidence were formed from 5 aspects, including movement disorders in children with ASD, adverse consequences, exercise intervention treatment, treatment effect and precautions. Conclusion This study summarized the best evidence of exercise intervention rehabilitation training for children with ASD, and provided practical guidance for the clinical development of scientific, standardized and unified exercise intervention rehabilitation training.
