This introduces the overview and assessment tools of head and neck lymphedema, reviews the current status, influencing factors, and intervention measures of self-management in patients with head and neck lymphedema, analyzes existing problems, and proposes relevant strategies, aiming to provide references for self-management of patients with this disease and further research.
