    摘要:

    目的 探讨低年资护士职业尊重感现状,为采取针对性措施提高低年资护士的职业尊重感提供参考。 方法 采用一般资料调查表、护士职业尊重感量表、安全组织量表对300名低年资护士进行调查。 结果 低年资护士职业尊重感得分为(3.35±0.91)分。回归分析结果显示,安全组织、家人对工作支持程度、与同事相处融洽程度是低年资护士职业尊重感的影响因素(均P<0.05)。 结论 低年资护士的职业尊重感处于中等偏低水平。管理者应创造良好的安全组织环境,帮助低年资护士获得同事及家人的支持,以提高其职业尊重感。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the current status of job-esteem among junior nurses and to provide references for formulating targeted measures. Methods A total of 300 junior nurses were surveyed using a general information questionnaire, the Job-Esteem Scale for Nurses in Hospital, and the Safety Organizing Scale. Results The job-esteem score of junior nurses was (3.35±0.91).Regression analysis results showed that safety organization, the level of family support for work, and the degree of harmony with colleagues were identified as influencing factors of job-esteem among junior nurses (all P<0.05). Conclusion The job-esteem of junior nurses is at a medium to low level.Managers should create safety culture in hospital, and help nurses to obtain coworker support and family support, ultimately enhancing their job-esteem.
