Abstract:Objective To systematically review literature on facilitators and barriers of digital health interventions for cardiovascular diseases, so as to promote the development and application of digital health interventions in the nursing field. Methods A systematic search was conducted in CNKI, Wanfang, PubMed, and Web of Science, with a timeframe from inception of the databases to April 20,2025.The Mixed Methods Appraisal Tool was adopted for quality evaluation, and the influencing factors were summarized and organized based on the Consolidated Framework for Implementation Research (CFIR). Results A total of 25 articles were included, covering 11 quantitative studies, 9 qualitative studies, and 5 mixed-methods studies, involving 3,420 patients with cardiovascular diseases, 3,061 medical staff, and 139 other relevant individuals. Through analysis, 23 facilitators and 25 barriers were extracted, which were categorized into 5 dimensions:innovation, external environment, internal environment, individual characteristics, and implementation process. Conclusion Digital health interventions for patients with cardiovascular diseases are affected by multiple factors, and most barriers are concentrated in internal environment, innovation, and individual characteristics. Medical staff need to optimize intervention strategies in aspects like personalized intervention plan design and medical environment based on these influencing factors, so as to improve the utilization rate of digital health interventions and health benefits for patients with cardiovascular diseases.
