    摘要:

    目的 探讨国家控制布点背景下高职护生专业态度在学业情绪与职业期望间的中介效应,为有效提升高职护生职业期望水平,稳定护理人才队伍建设提供依据。 方法 2025年1-4月采用便利抽样法选取977名护生作为研究对象。采用一般资料问卷、大学生职业期望量表、一般学业情绪问卷与中文版护理专业学生专业态度量表进行调查。 结果 高职护生职业期望、学业情绪与专业态度均分分别为(3.12±0.45)、(3.32±0.46)与(2.72±0.59)分;学业情绪、专业态度分别与职业期望呈正相关(r=0.157、0.635,均P<0.05)。专业态度在学业情绪与职业期望间发挥中介效应作用,效应值占总效应值的28.22%。 结论 高职护理教育者应引导护生正确认识国家控制布点意义,提升其学业情绪,端正护生专业态度,进而提高其职业期望,进一步推动护理人才的高素质培养。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the mediating effect of professional attitude between academic emotion and career expectation among higher vocational nursing students under the background of national-controlled enrollment planning, so as to provide a basis for effectively improving the career expectation level of higher vocational nursing students and stabilizing the construction of nursing ta-lent teams. Methods A total of 977 nursing students were selected as research subjects by convenience sampling method from Ja-nuary to April 2025.The General Information Questionnaire, College Students′ Career Expectation Scale, General Academic Emotion Questionnaire and Chinese Version of Nursing Students′ Professional Attitude Scale were used for investigation. Results The average scores for vocational expectations, academic emotions, and professional attitudes of higher vocational nursing students were (3.12±0.45), (3.32±0.46), and (2.72±0.59), respectively.Academic emotions and professional attitudes both showed significant positive correlations with vocational expectations (r=0.157,0.635, both P<0.05).Professional attitudes played a mediating role between academic emotions and vocational expectations, accounting for 28.22% of the total effect. Conclusion Nursing educators in higher vocational should guide nursing students to correctly understand the significance of national-controlled enrollment planning over the distribution of nursing programs, improve their academic motivation, and foster a proper professional attitude, so as to enhance their career expectation and further promote the high-quality training of nursing talents.
