    摘要:

    目的 在交往行为理论视域下探讨护理专业学位研究生与导师的互动行为,为剖析导师-学生交往中的问题并构建和谐共生的导师-学生交往互动机制提供参考。方法 采用描述性质性研究,基于交往行为理论设计访谈提纲;以目的抽样法选取16名护理硕士专业学位研究生进行半结构式深度访谈。对访谈结果进行定向内容分析,提炼主题。结果 提炼出5个主题:多样化的导师-学生关系,交往互动形式,导师-学生交往互动中各主体的作用,导师-学生互动成效,对导师-学生互动的期望。结论 护理专业学位研究生与导师在多样场域下存在复杂互动情形,培养主体责权发挥有待完善,互动成效有待提高;可从创设交往互动场域、完善管理服务机制和促进共情体验等方面,形成和谐的导师-学生交往互动。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the interaction patterns and behavior between master of nursing specialist (MNS) students and their supervisors based on the Theory of Communicative Action, and to provide references for establishing an effective communication mechanism that fosters a harmonious and symbiotic supervisor-student relationship. Methods A qualitative descriptive study was conducted. An interview outline was developed based on the Theory of Communicative Action, then 16 MNS students were purpo-sively selected for semi-structured in-depth interviews. Data were analyzed using directed qualitative content analysis to identify themes. Results Five themes were extracted:diversified supervisor-student interactions, forms of interactive communication, roles of different actors within these interactions, effectiveness of the interactions, and expectations for the supervisor-student interactions. Conclusion The interactions between MNS students and their supervisors are complex and occur across diverse contexts. There is a need to improve the clarity of responsibilities and the effectiveness of the interactions. Harmonious supervisor-student interaction can be achieved by creating interactive environments, optimizing management and support mechanisms, and enhancing empathetic engagement.
