Nursing presence directly influences patients′ healthcare experiences and safety outcomes. This review summarizes the concept, current research status, assessment tools, influencing factors, and improvement strategies related to nursing presence. The purpose is to provide a reference for Chinese scholars conducting research in this field and to offer guidance for enhancing nurses′ sense of presence in clinical practice, thereby improving the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction.
