Abstract:Objective To identify and grade domestic and international evidence on temperature management for ovarian cancer patients undergoing hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC), providing a reference for clinicians and nurses to implement evidence based temperature management. Methods Computerized searches were conducted across clinical decision systems, professional websites, and databases including CNKI, Wanfang Data, SinoMed, PubMed, and Web of Science for evidence on temperature management in ovarian cancer patients receiving HIPEC from June 2015 to June 2025.Two researchers performed literature screening, quality appraisal, evidence extraction, and synthesis. Results A total of 15 papers were finally included, including 1 clinical decision report, 2 guidelines, 5 expert consensus reports, 1 systematic review, 2 cohort studies, 1 case-control study, 1 case report and 2 RCTs.Twenty pieces of best evidence were finally synthesized across five themes: preoperative assessment, precise temperature control, intraoperative monitoring and fluid management, cooling measures, and prevention of complications. Conclusion The summarized best evidence for temperature management during HIPEC in ovarian cancer patients can guide prevention of HIPEC related complications.Clinical staff should integrate this evidence with individual patient circumstances and prefe-rences to select and apply interventions that ensure treatment safety.
