Abstract:From the perspective of nursing management, this article summarizes the distinctive features of relationship-based care management at Mayo Clinic, including the development of a relationship-based professional practice model, compassionate care, deep integration of evidence-based practice and informatics, and fostering an innovative ecosystem. It proposes the need to deepen value system construction and advance humanistic care practices in China, as well as to promote the deep integration of evidence-based practice and informatics in nursing based on humanistic principles, thereby facilitating high-quality development of the nursing profession in China.
