Abstract:Objective To summarize the relevant evidence for reproductive health management in female patients with lupus nephritis, and provide an evidence-based basis for the reproductive health management of this patient group. Methods Guidelines, expert consensuses, clinical decisions, and systematic reviews related to the reproductive health management of female patients with lupus nephritis were retrieved from guideline databases, Chinese and English databases, and professional society websites. Two researchers independently conducted quality assessment, evidence extraction, and compilation. Results A total of 16 literatures were included, consisting of 7 guidelines, 6 expert consensuses, and 3 clinical decisions. Finally, 36 items of best evidence were formed, covering 6 aspects: adolescence management, premarital management, family planning period management, pregnancy management, postpartum management, and menopausal management. Conclusion This study summarizes the relevant evidence for reproductive health management in female patients with lupus nephritis, providing an evidence-based basis for standardizing clinical reproductive health management of these patients and promoting their reproductive health.
