Abstract:This article reviews the concept of research ethics, assessment tools, the current state the influencing factors of clinical nurses′ knowledge of research ethics, as well as the coping strategies, etc.The paper highlights that the factors affecting the level of knowledge (including demographic characteristics, education and training, job roles and departments, nursing research expe-rience, and attitudes toward research ethics) in nursing research ethics are complex.The article suggests that authorities should establish training programs and theoretical frameworks for nursing research ethics, standardize supervision and management mea-sures, and enhance the cultivation of nursing professionals in China.It also emphasizes the importance of safeguarding the rights and safety of research participants in the process.
