    摘要:

    阐述了年龄歧视的概念、评估工具,以及实习护生对老年人年龄歧视的现状、影响因素;提出改善护生年龄歧视的干预策略包括思政元素融入课程教学、加强老化知识普及与教育、模拟体验式教学、增加积极代际接触。未来需要开发适用于我国护生年龄歧视的评估工具,探索有效的干预策略,提升实习护生对老年群体的正面认知与态度。

    Abstract:

    This article reviews the concept and assessment tools of ageism, as well as the current status and influencing factors of ageism among nursing interns. It offers intervention strategies to improve ageism among nursing interns, including integrating ideological and political elements into teaching, strengthening education on aging knowledge, carrying out simulated experiential teaching, and increasing the positive intergenerational contact between nursing interns and the elderly. In the future, it is necessary to develop culturally adapted tools assessing ageism in nursing interns in China, explore effective intervention strategies, and enhance the positive cognition and attitude of nursing interns towards the elderly.
