This paper reviews the current status and advancements in the definition of early ambulation, safe ambulation programs, and safety assessment for hemorrhagic stroke patients both domestically and internationally, aims to provide a reference for the correct formulation of diagnostic and treatment nursing plans and to ensure the safe implementation of clinical nursing practices.
