Abstract:Improving disaster psychological preparedness can reduce the psychological crisis of the public and rescue workers, and improve their ability to cope with disasters.This paper describes the relevant concepts, main assessment tools and influencing factors of disaster psychological preparedness, including demographic factors (such as gender, age, economic ability, educational background, etc.), disaster experience, disaster-related first aid training, and psychological factor. The paper also puts forward some suggestions on enhancing disaster psychological preparedness in order to provide a reference for improving disaster management mechanism, increasing individual disaster psychological preparedness and disaster coping ability.
