The search frame was from database inception to November 30, 2023. The included literature was classified and analyzed. Results A total of 14 studies were included, and the parenting intervention study of breast cancer patients raising minor children involved interventions for breast cancer patients, minor children and their spouses; the intervention contents included parent-child communication guidance, emotion management guidance, social support, self-efficacy training, health knowledge education, and parent-child relationship guidance. There were large differences in the frequency and duration of parenting interventions. Parenting intervention could improve patients′ parenting ability, parent-child communication ability, and emotional and behavioral problems of their minor children. Conclusion The contents and form of parenting intervention for breast cancer patients and their minor children still need to be improved and optimized, and it is necessary to pay attention to family-centered, and further explore Internet-based and personalized intervention programs for special patient groups to improve the effect of parenting intervention.
