This paper reviews scenario based simulation training in palliative care, focusing on the target trainees, application scenarios, teaching process, teaching outcomes, and recommendations. The paper also suggests that strengthening simulation scenarios for end of life symptom management, developing simulation courses for palliative care based on well acknowledged theoretical frameworks, and developing effective evaluation criteria and tools for teaching effect, which aims to provide reference for scenario based simulation training and research.
