In clinical work, moral dilemma will have a negative impact on nurses′ physical and mental health and work, and it is very important to accurately identify and evaluate the moral dilemma faced by nurses with appropriate tools.This article reviewed the concept of moral dilemma, summarized the assessment tools of the moral dilemmas developed by previous studies, illustrates their respective application scenarios and grading method, and the advantages and disadvantages of each tool and compared their application status, which provided the basis for clinic and accurately identify nurses′ moral dilemma as soon as possible.
