The paper analyzes the professional attitude of baccalaureate nursing students, elaborates the current situation at home and abroad, evaluation tools, influencing factors and stabilization strategies of the dynamic changes of professional attitude among baccalaureate nursing students, and puts forward that, it is necessary to develop professional attitude evaluation tools suitable for Chinese culture, so as to understand the dynamic changes and influencing factors of their professional attitude in time, actively explore cultivation strategies to enhance their professional attitude, and to solidify students′ professional attitude and stabilize the nursing workforce.
