Abstract:Objective To investigate the participation willingness of phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation among elderly inpatients with coronary heart disease, and to analyze its influencing factors, so as to provide a reference for conducting cardiac rehabilitation in clinic. Methods A total of 180 elderly inpatients with coronary heart disease were investigated by using the demographic questionnaires, knowledge questionnaire of phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation and the Cardiac Rehabilitation Inventory (CRI). Results The participants′ knowledge score of phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation was (75.54±19.43), and their average score of CRI was (2.46±0.74). The results of multivariate analysis showed that, the knowledge of phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation, fall history, and the history of participating in phase Ⅰ cardiac rehabilitation were the influence factors of the willingness to participate in phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation (adjusted R2=0.250, all P<0.05). Conclusion The participation willingness of phase Ⅱ cardiac rehabilitation in elderly inpatients with coronary heart disease is at a medium level. It is necessary to strengthen health education and proactive intervention according to the influencing factors, so as to enhance their willingness to participate in cardiac rehabilitation and promote rehabilitation.
