    摘要:

    目的 探讨基于“课岗对接、德技并修”理念的外科护理学精品在线开放课程建设及应用效果。 方法 在“课岗对接、德技并修”理念下,将外科护理学知识点重构,建设外科护理学精品在线开放课程。将300名护理专业学生按班级随机分为对照组和试验组各150人,对照组采用传统讲授法教学,试验组采用外科护理学精品在线开放课程平台资源进行线上线下混合式教学。 结果 教学后,试验组理论和技能考核成绩、职业认同感及自评岗位胜任力得分显著高于对照组(均P<0.05)。 结论 基于“课岗对接、德技并修”理念构建的外科护理学精品在线开放课程,可提高教学效果,有利于增强学生的职业认同感和岗位胜任力。

    Abstract:

    Objective To construct a high-quality online open course of Surgical Nursing based on the concept of "course-job linking, morality-technique dual training", and to explore the application effect. Methods Following the concept of "course-job linking, morality-technique dual training", we reconstructed the knowledge points and developed a high-quality online open course of Surgical Nursing.Three hundred nursing students were assigned to a control group and an experimental group according to their class random number, with 150 in each group.The control group used the traditional lecture method, and the experimental group received both face-to-face and online teaching by using the online open course platform. Results After the course, the experimental group had significantly higher performance in theoretical and skill exams, higher professional identity and self-assessed job competency compared with the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion The high-quality online open course of Surgical Nursing based on the concept of "course-job linking, morality-technique dual training", can enhance teaching effect and promote nursing students′ professional identity and job competency.
