    摘要:

    目的 探讨King达标理论联合回授法在实习护生带教中的应用效果。方法 将100名实习护生随机分为实验组和对照组各50名。对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组采用King达标理论联合回授法进行临床带教,包括教师培训、共同参与、沟通交流、晨间回授等。比较两组护生自主学习能力、临床思维能力及考试成绩。结果 两组护生自主学习能力各维度及总分、临床思维能力各维度及总分、出科考试成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论 King达标理论联合回授法可提高实习护生自主学习和临床思维能力,提升护生的技能及知识应用能力。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the application effect of King′s goal attainment theory combined with teach back method in the teaching of nursing interns. Methods A total of 100 nursing interns in our hospital were randomized into an experimental group and a control group, with 50 students in each group. The control group was taught using conventional teaching model, and the experimental group was taught adopting King′s attainment theory combined with teach back method, including teacher training, participation, communication, morning teach back etc. The independent learning ability, clinical thinking ability and examination score between the two groups were compared. Results There were significant differences in the total score and subscale scores of independent learning ability and clinical thinking ability, and the examination score between the two groups (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion King′s goal attainment theory combined with teach back method improves nursing interns′ ability of independent learning and clinical thinking, and promotes their skill and knowledge application ability.
