Abstract:Objective To explore the practice effect of standardized enhanced recovery in non-in vitro circulation coronary artery bypass graf-ting. Methods A total of 162 patients undergoing non-in vitro circulation coronary artery bypass grafting were divided into a control group (n=88) and an intervention group (n=74) chronologically. The control group was given routine perioperative nursing, while the intervention group received standardized enhanced recovery nursing process. Results The first defecation time and out-of bed activity time, the drainage tube extraction time and the incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group were significantly shorter or less than those in the control group (P<0.01 for all). Conclusion Establishment and application of the standardized enhanced recovery nursing process in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting, could decrease patients′ postoperative complication, and promote their early recovery.
