    摘要:

    目的 探讨蓝墨云班课联合仿真模拟用于手术室新护士机器人辅助脊柱手术培训的效果。 方法 选取手术室新护士40人,按工作时间段分为对照组、观察组各20人。对照组采用常规培训方法,观察组采用蓝墨云班课联合仿真模拟培训法。 结果 培训结束后观察组理论、技能操作及临床实训考核成绩与批判性思维能力得分显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。 结论 蓝墨云班课联合仿真模拟培训有利于手术室新护士掌握机器人辅助脊柱手术相关知识,提升其临床操作能力和批判性思维能力。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of an innovative training for novice nurses in robot-assisted spine surgery by using Lan-Mo cloud classroom app and simulation. Methods Forty novice operating room nurses were divided into a control group and an observation group chronologically, with 20 in each. The control group was subjected to conventional training method, while the observation group received simulation and online course using Lan-Mo cloud classroom app. Results The scores of theoretical, practical and clinical performance tests, as well as critical thinking ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01 for all). Conclusion The application of Lan-Mo cloud classroom app and simulation training in teaching robot-assisted spine surgery to novice nurses is conducive to enhancing their knowledge, clinical performance and critical thinking ability.
