    摘要:

    目的 探讨渐进式 CBL与多维体验联合教学法在中医临床护理学教学中的应用效果。方法 将2015级护理本科学生两个班 随机分为观察组和对照组各59人。对照组《中医临床护理学》采用传统教学法联合角色扮演教学,观察组采用渐进式 CBL联合 多维体验教学。课程结束后,对比分析两组理论与实践模拟测试成绩。结果 观察组中医辨证施护、角色理解与表现、团队协作及 反思能力显著优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论 渐进式 CBL联合多维体验教学可显著提高学生的辨证、护理、合作等综合能力, 培养正确的临床思维,有助于日后快速适应临床工作。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the application effect of progressive CBL combining with multidimensional experience in the teaching of TCM clinical nursing. Methods Two classes of baccalaureate nursing students enrolled in 2015 were randomized into an experimental group and a control group, with 59 students in each group. In the course teaching of TCM clinical nursing, the control group was taught using routine teaching and role play, while the experimental group was taught using progressive CBL combining with multidimensional experience teaching. At the end of the course, theoretical and practical simulation test results were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The ability of TCM differentiation and nursing, role understanding and performance, team collaboration and introspection of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.01 for all). Conclusion Progressive CBL combining with multidimensional experience teaching could significantly improve students′ comprehensive ability of syndrome differentiation, nursing and cooperation, cultivate correct clinical thinking and help them quickly adapt to clinical work in the future.
