Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of online education intervention in perinatal care. Methods Fifty-eight pregnant women attending the first prenatal examination in June to August 2018 were treated as the control group and received conventional class-based education, while 60 counterparts in September to December 2018 were served as the intervention group and subjected to online education intervention. The compliance with prenatal examinations, knowledge of perinatal care and satisfaction with the service were compared between the two groups. Results The intervention group demonstrated higher compliance, knowledge and satisfaction compared with the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion Online education intervention can improve the effect of perinatal service.
