    摘要:

    目的 了解手术室二胎产后护士返岗工作的工作投入与工作压力状况及其相关性,为针对性干预提供参考。方法 对82名手 术室二胎产后返岗护士采用一般资料调查问卷、工作投入量表和中国护士工作压力源量表进行调查。结果 工作投入得分3.29± 0.51,护士工作压力源得分2.92±0.43;两者呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论 手术室二胎产后返岗护士有较高的工作压力,工作投入 状况处于中等水平,工作压力负性影响工作投入。护理管理者应予以针对性干预,使之减轻压力感、提升工作投入水平。

    Abstract:

    Objective To understand the status of work engagement, job stress and their relationship among postpartum nurses with the second-child returning to work in operating room, and to provide reference for targeted intervention. Methods Totally 82 postpartum nurses with the second-child returning to work in operating room were investigated using general information questionnaire, work engagement scale and Chinese job stress scale. Results The score of work engagement was 3.29±0.51, and the score of job stress was 2.92±0.43. There was a significant and negative correlation between the score of work engagement and job stress (P<0.01). Conclusion Job stress in the postpartum nurses with the second-child returning to work in operating room is high, their work engagement is in the middle level, and the job stress negatively affects their work engagement. Nursing managers should take targeted intervention to reduce the nurses′ stress and increase their work engagement.
