Abstract:This article reviews the concept and development of mindfulness, as well as the definition, forms, duration, and effects of short-term brief mindfulness training.It summarizes the positive effects of brief mindfulness training in alleviating negative emotions of nursing students, as in optimizing their physiological function, and promoting the development of clinical competency.It also presents the pros and cons of brief mindfulness training, with the aim of providing a reference for its application and rollout in nursing education.
