This article introduces the concept, theoretical model and assessment tools of family resilience, summarizes the influencing factors of family resilience of stroke patients including risk factors and protective factors, and the intervention strategies including supportive therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.The current studies are mostly quantitative and cross-sectional, and the research methods should be improved and practical intervention studies should be carried out in the future.
