    摘要:

    目的 构建基于护理硕士专业学位研究生(MNS)临床导师岗位需求的培训方案,探讨其应用效果。 方法 通过评估岗位培训需求、文献回顾、专家小组讨论,构建以岗位需求为导向的MNS临床导师的培训方案,对1所三级甲等综合医院41名MNS临床导师进行1年半的培训,培训结束后评价效果。 结果 培训后MNS临床导师胜任力、科研能力总分及各维度得分,理论和实践成绩显著高于培训前(均P<0.05)。 结论 以岗位需求为导向的MNS临床导师培训方案的构建及实施,可有效提升MNS临床导师训效果,提高导师胜任力和科研能力。

    Abstract:

    Objective To construct a training program based on the post requirements of clinical tutors for master of nursing specialist (MNS), and to explore its application effects. Methods A training program based on the post requirements of clinical tutors for MNS was constructed after assessment of post training needs, literature review and experts group discussion, then it was used to train 41 MNS clinical tutors from a tertiary general hospital for one and a half years, and its application effect was evaluated after the training. Results After the training, the overall and each dimension score of competency and scientific research ability in MNS clinical tutors, their theoretical and skill examination scores were significantly higher than those before the training (all P<0.05). Conclusion Construction and practice of the training program based on post requirements for MNS clinical tutors, is conducive to improving the training effect, promoting their competency and scientific research ability.
