    摘要:

    目的 规范专科护士管理,提高管理效能,促进专科护理发展。方法 基于Benner理论开发专科护士等级评测管理系统,包括信息档案管理、专科护士选拔培养、继续教育、考核晋级管理4个模块,对全院专科护士和专科护理小组进行全流程信息化管理。结果 完成了全院82名专科护士和14个专科护理小组的信息登记、培训、考评及晋升管理;审核人均耗时较使用系统前显著缩短(P<0.05),系统可用性问卷调查得分(4.18±0.49)~(4.39±0.52)分。结论 专科护士等级评测管理系统的应用,规范了专科护士管理,提高了管理效率,并获得应用者好评。

    Abstract:

    Objective To standardize the management of specialized nurses, to improve the management efficiency and promote the development of specialized nursing. Methods Based on Benner′s Novice to Expert Model, a computerized information system for grading evaluation of specialized nurses was developed, including four modules:personal profile management, selection and training of specialized nurses, continuing education,and assessment and promotion management. Then the system was applied in specialized nurses and specialized nursing groups to achieve whole-process information management. Results Information registration, training, evaluation and promotion management of 82 specialized nurses and 14 specialized nursing groups were completed by using the system. Time spent on audit per person was significantly shortened (P<0.05), and the scores of system usability were between (4.18±0.49) and (4.39±0.52). Conclusion Application of the grading management system standardizes management of specialized nurses, improves management efficiency, and obtains positive feedbacks of users.
