This article reviews the concept, evaluation tools, outcome, current situation, influencing factors and promotion strategies of nurses′ career calling, in an effort to provide reference for nursing managers to construct intervention programs to improve the level of nurses′ career calling, to enhance nurses′ job satisfaction, and to promote the construction and development of nursing teams.
