    目的 了解护士护际间横向暴力及对护士长管理关怀性感知,分析护士长的管理关怀性对护际间横向暴力的影响。 方法 便利选取湖北省6所综合医院的临床护士为研究对象,采用一般资料调查问卷、管理关怀性评估量表、护士之间负性行为调查问卷进行调查。 结果 共收集有效问卷1 905份。59.11%(1 126/1 905)护士报告过去6个月至少遭受过1次横向暴力。临床护士护际间横向暴力总得分为20(19,26)分;护士对护士长的管理关怀性感知总得分为(147.24±25.78)分。多因素logistic回归分析显示,高水平协同决策,中、高水平尊重是护际间横向暴力的保护因素,中、高水平非关怀行为是护际间横向暴力的危险因素(均P<0.05)。 结论 护际间横向暴力现象较为普遍;护士对护士长的管理关怀性感知处于相对较高水平;护士长对护士的关怀是护际间横向暴力的保护因素。护理管理者可通过增加对护士的关怀来减少护际间横向暴力的发生。

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the status quo of nurse-to-nurse lateral violence (LV) and nurses′ perceived managerial caring from head nurses in general hospitals, and to analyze the influence of nurses′ perception of head nurses′ managerial caring on nurse-to-nurse LV. Methods Clinical nurses were conveniently selected from six general hospitals in Hubei province, and a cross-sectional survey was conducted by using the general demographic questionnaire, the Caring Assessment Tool-administration, and the Ne-gative Acts Questionnaire. Results A total of 1 905 valid questionnaires were collected.Of the 1 905 participants, 59.11% (1 126/1 905) reported they had experienced LV at least once in the past 6 months.The median total score of nurse-to-nurse LV was 20 (IQR:19-26) points, and the total score of nurses′ perceived managerial caring from head nurses averaged (147.24±25.78) points.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that high level of shared decision making, and moderate to high levels of respect were protective factors of nurse-to-nurse LV, while moderate to high levels of non-caring were risk factors (all P<0.05). Conclusion Nurse-to-nurse LV is common.Nurses perceive high level of managerial caring from head nurses.Head nurses′ caring for nurses is a protective factor for nurse-to-nurse LV.Nursing managers are recommended to reduce the prevalence of nurse-to-nurse LV by increasing their caring for nurses.
