    摘要:

    目的 调查三级甲等医院手术室护士职业召唤现状及影响因素,为干预方案的制订提供参考。 方法 采用一般资料调查表、职业召唤量表、工作重塑量表、护士组织沉默测评问卷、组织职业生涯管理量表对9所三甲医院的585名手术室护士进行调查。 结果 手术室护士职业召唤总分为(39.45±4.07)分;手术室工作年限、月收入、每周加班时长、工作重塑、组织沉默、组织职业生涯管理是手术室护士职业召唤的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。 结论 手术室护士职业召唤处于中等水平,影响因素较多。护理管理者可针对影响因素进行干预,提高手术室护士职业召唤水平,促进手术室护理质量的提升。

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of operating room nurses′ career calling, and to provide reference for the formulation of intervention program. Methods A total of 585 operating rooms nurses from 9 tertiary hospitals were surveyed by using the General Data Questionnaire, the Career Calling Scale, the Measure of Job Crafting (MJC), the Organizational Silence Scale and the Organizational Career Management Scale. Results The total score of career calling of operating room nurses was (39.45±4.07).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that working years in operating room, average monthly income, average weekly overtime, job crafting, organizational silence, organizational career management were the main factors inf-luencing career calling of operating room nurses (all P<0.05). Conclusion Operating room nurses reported moderate level of career calling, which was affected by several factors.Nursing managers should take intervention measures targeting the influencing factors to improve nurses′ level of career calling, in an effort to improve the quality of operating room nursing service.
