摘要:

综述叙事护理的概念、叙事护理对脑卒中后情感障碍的作用机制及脑卒后情感障碍（包括焦虑、抑郁、病耻感、失眠和疲劳）的叙事护理现况，结合脑卒中后情感障碍叙事护理存在的问题提出建议，以期为更好地开展脑卒中后情感障碍患者的心理干预提供借鉴。

Abstract:

To review the basic concepts of narrative nursing,the mechanism and practice of narrative nursing in post-stroke mood disorders (including anxiety,depression,stigma,insomnia,and fatigue), and to provide some suggestions for nursing practice, in order to advance the psychological intervention for patients with post-stroke mood disorders.
