    摘要:

    目的 深入了解本科护生对老年护理学思政教学体验,为该课程思政教学质量持续改进提供参考。方法 对完成老年护理学课程思政教学的15名本科护生进行半结构式访谈,分析资料,提炼主题。结果 提炼出树立正确的价值观(爱国爱疆精神,爱社会主义制度,敬业及奉献精神)、提高职业素养与认同(职业意识,职业自豪感,职业获益)、课程思政育人期望(思政内容,教学方法,实践教学)3个主题及9个亚主题。结论 老年护理学思政教学给护生带来积极情感体验;尚需针对不足进行改进与完善,进一步提高教学质量。

    Abstract:

    Objective To describe the learning experiences of undergraduate nursing students in ideological and political education in the course of Geriatric Nursing, and to provide reference for continuous improvement of teaching effect. Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted among 15 undergraduate nursing students who had completed the course, then data were analyzed to identify common themes. Results Three themes and nine sub-themes were extracted:establishing correct values (patriotism and love of Xinjiang, love of the socialism system, and professional commitment and dedication), enhancing professionalism and identity (professional awareness, professional pride, and professional benefits), and expectations for ideological and political education (teaching contents, teaching methods, and practical teaching). Conclusion Ideological and political education in the course of Geriatric Nursing brings positive emotional experience to nursing students, however, there are still some problems that need to be improved to further promote teaching effect.
