    摘要:

    目的 了解护理硕士专业学位护士专业社会化经历,为制订培训策略提供依据。 方法 采用描述性质性研究方法,以目的抽样法选取14名护理硕士专业学位护士,对其进行半结构式深入访谈,并采用主题分析法对访谈资料进行分析。 结果 提炼出6个主题,即理论与实践的差异、教育经历、职业信念和行为、团队合作、内部动机、榜样作用。 结论 护理管理者及护理教育者需认真分析护理硕士专业学位护士专业社会化影响因素,制订并实施合适的培训策略,以改善护理硕士专业学位护士专业社会化进程,使之尽快胜任专业角色。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the professional socialization experience of nurses with master degree in nursing specialist (MNS), so as to provide a basis for formulating training strategies. Methods Descriptive qualitative study design was used in this study.A total of 14 nurses with MNS were selected by purposive sampling method for semi-structured in-depth interviews, and the interview data were analyzed by thematic analysis method. Results Six themes were extracted, namely, the difference between theory and practice, educational experience, professional beliefs and behaviors, cooperation with other medical teams, internal motivation, and role modeling. Conclusion Nursing managers and educators should carefully analyze the influencing factors of professional socialization of nurses with MNS, formulate and implement appropriate training strategies, so as to improve the professional socialization of nurses with MNS and make them gradually competent for their professional roles.
