Methods Studies exploring Chinese nurses′ experiences of "Internet plus nursing ser-vice" using qualitative methods were eligible. The research group searched the following databases from inception to May 2021:PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, CBM, CNKI, VIP, and WanFang data. Results Twelve studies were included, and 47 results were extracted. Then 9 second-order interpretations and 3 third-order interpretations were identified:perceived benefits(enhancing sense of professional value, bringing convenience for home-dwelling patients, building harmonious nurse-patient relationship, and increasing incomes), perceived barriers (increased professional risk, role overload, and unreasonable charge for the services) and desire for support (policy support, and organizational support). Conclusion "Internet plus nursing service" is beco-ming an inevitable trend in medical and health services in China. The government and health administrative department should improve relevant laws, policies and systems.Meanwhile, information technology-based measures need to be adopted to avoid potential risks, so as to protect the rights of both patients and nurses.
