    摘要:

    目的 提高护理联盟地县级医院护士长护理管理能力。 方法 选取2020年参加护理管理联盟培训的55名护士长作为研究对象,进行为期1个月的系统培训。在培训开始前与培训结束后3个月分别发放患者安全胜任力量表与护士长领导力问卷进行评价。 结果 培训后地县级医院护士长的患者安全胜任力、护士长领导力评分显著高于培训前(均P<0.01)。 结论 通过区域护理专科联盟,对地县级医院护士长进行系统化的管理培训,有助于提升护士长的患者安全胜任力和领导力,进而提高地县级医院的护理质量。

    Abstract:

    Objective To improve management competency of head nurses in prefectural hospitals under the nursing alliance model. Methods Fifty-five head nurses who participated in a nursing management training program in 2020 received one-month systematic training. The Patient Safety Competency Self-Rating Scale and Head Nurses Leadership Questionnaire were used to measure the effect before and 3 months after the training. Results After the training, the total scores of patient safety competency and leadership competency were significantly enhanced after the training (P<0.01 for both). Conclusion Conducting systematic management training for head nurses in prefectural hospitals through the regional nursing specialty alliance, could enhance their patient safety competency and leadership competency, thus to improve nursing quality in prefectural hospitals.
