Objective To integrate best evidence on non-pharmaceutical management of menopausal symptoms in breast cancer patients and to provide reference for clinical practice. Methods We searched clinical guidelines websites and electronic databases to retrieve literature published from May 2010 to May 2020,regarding management of menopausal symptoms in breast cancer patients. Results Three clinical practice guidelines,7 expert consensus statements, 9 systematic reviews were included. Twenty-eight pieces of evidence were summarized into 3 categories:vasomotor symptoms, genitourinary symptoms, and musculoskeletal symptoms. Conclusion The summarized evidence can be used to manage menopausal symptoms in breast cancer patients. Best evidence should be selected according to cultural background, specific clinical environment, patients′ symptom severity and their preference.
