Abstract:Objective To construct a training course of narrative nursing for standardized training nurses, so as to teaching material evidence for narrative nursing education. Methods A draft of narrative nursing training course for standardized training nurses was formed based on literature review, surveys of current status and semi-structured interviews, then a 2-round Delphi study was conducted among 21 experts in related field to collect their opinions to improve the draft course. Results Experts′ response rates were 92.00% and 91.30% in the 2 rounds, experts′ authority coefficients were 0.85 and 0.84 respectively, and the Kendall coefficients of concordance were 0.115 and 0.126 respectively (P<0.01 for both). The final training course was consisted of 5 levelⅠindexes (training aim, content, methods, teachers, effect evaluation), 29 level Ⅱ indexes and 65 level Ⅲ indexes. Conclusion The constructed narrative nursing training course for standardized training nurses is comprehensive in content, and it is scientific and reliable to some extent, which can be used for narrative nursing training for standardized training nurses after compilation and promoting humanistic education.
