    摘要:

    目的 从江苏省首批“互联网+护理服务”试点的医院护理管理者视角出发,了解她们对该试点工作的运营管理体验,为正式指导意见的出台提供参考。方法 对9所三级甲等综合医院的9名护理部主任进行一对一深入访谈,运用Colaizzi分析法对访谈资料进行分析、归纳。结果 共提炼出3个主题群:“互联网+护理服务”带来的积极体验、“互联网+护理服务”面临的困难与挑战、完善“互联网+护理服务”的思考。结论 江苏省9所三级甲等综合医院的护理管理者在“互联网+护理服务”运营管理过程中,有积极体验也有消极体验,需完善相关机制与法律法规的建设,以促进“互联网+护理服务”良性发展。

    Abstract:

    Objective From the perspective of nursing managers in 9 hospitals that are piloting "Internet+ Nursing Service" in Jiangsu Province, to understand their operation management experience of the pilot project, so as to provide reference for the introduction of formal guidance regarding such services. Methods Semi-structured and in-person in-depth interviews were carried out among 9 directors of nursing departments in 9 3A hospitals, then the data were analyed by Colaizzi′s method. Results Three themes were extracted:the positive effect of "Internet+Nursing Service", the difficulties and challenges of "Internet+Nursing Service", and suggestions for service improvement. Conclusion Nursing managers in 9 3A hospitals of Jiangsu province have positive experience and negative experience in the operation management of "Internet+Nursing Service". It is suggested that relevant policies, laws and regulations need to be further improved, in an effort to promote the healthy development of this model.
