    摘要:

    目的 探讨五分钟教学法用于护理本科生临床实习教学的效果。 方法 按照临床实习时间将95名护理本科生分为对照组45名和观察组50名。对照组采用常规临床护理实习教学方法,观察组在此基础上采用五分钟教学法,即临床带教老师在5 min内通过分派任务、询问支撑性证据、讲授一般原则、给予正反馈和纠正错误给予负反馈5个步骤围绕临床案例开展教学。 结果 实习4周结束时,观察组出科理论成绩、操作成绩显著高于对照组,且护生对实习效果评价显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。 结论 五分钟教学法用于临床护理实习教学,有利于提高教学效果。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of five-minute preceptor (5MP) model applied in clinical teaching of undergraduate nur-sing students. Methods Totally 95 undergraduate nursing students were assigned to either a control (n=45) or an intervention group (n=50) chronologically.Participants in the control group received traditional clinical mentoring,while their counterparts in the intervention group were subjected to 5MP model for clinical teaching following such steps as assigning tasks, inquiring suppor-ting evidence,teaching general rules, giving positive feedbacks and correcting mistakes.All these teaching activities were completed within 5 minutes. Results The intervention group had higher theoretical knowledge and practical skills test scores, as well as higher evaluation of the teaching effect compared with the control group after 4-week clinical practice (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion Implementation of 5MP model in clinical nursing education is beneficial to improve teaching effect and students′ evaluation of the teaching.
