We analyzed the updated International Clinical Practice Guideline for the prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers/injuries 2019, including definition and classification, vulnerable population, prevention, shared interventions for prevention and treatment, and treatment, so as to help clinical nurses acquire advanced knowledge of pressure injury and improve quality of care for prevention and treatment of pressure injury and for relief of pain in patients.
