Objective To establish standardized nursing hierarchical training modules, and to improve clinical nursing ability for nurses in imaging department. Methods The standardized nursing training modules were established according to the characteristics of nursing posts in imaging department, then 30 nurses in imaging department were trained using hierarchical training method. Results Before and after the training, there were significant differences in nurses′ theory and skill examination score, and the quality control results of 5 nursing quality indexes (P＜0.05,P<0.01). And the nurses′ teaching and researching ability increased. Conclusion The establishment of the standardized nursing training module for nurses in imaging department is targeted and feasible, and it improves the effect of standardized training.
