Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of homogeneous nursing quality management on the nursing quality and nurses′ first-aid skill in primary health care institutions of regional medical association. Methods We took the main unit of medical association as the core, and referred to its nursing quality management standard, established the homogeneous nursing quality management model and evaluation criteria suitable for primary health care institutions′ characteristics and development demands, which was then used in 23 primary health care institutions of regional medical association. Results After the management, the nursing quality inspection score of the 23 institutions in nursing safety management,nursing document writing, first-aid vehicle management, hospital infection management and ward quality management were significantly higher than those before the management (P<0.05 for all).And nurses′ first-aid skill examination score of cardiopulmonary resuscitation plus breathing balloon use and sputum sucking through mouth and nose were significantly higher than those before the management (P<0.05 for both). Conclusion Carrying out homogeneous nursing quality management in medical association is conducive to enhancing the nursing management level and nurses′ first-aid skills in primary health care institutions, and it is a significant guarantee to promote the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system and the construction of medical association.
