    摘要:

    目的 探讨团体辅导对实习护生职业生涯规划的影响。 方法 将随机选取的60名实习护生采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30名。对照组按常规进行实习岗前培训,内容包括医院简介、护士行为规范、实习护生管理制度、人际沟通、职业道德、职业前景规划等。观察组在常规实习岗前培训后开展职业规划团体辅导,每周1次,每次2 h,总共培训6次。培训后采用职业生涯状况评价量表和团体辅导主观评价问卷进行效果评价。 结果 两组职业生涯状况总分及职业认同、职业满意度、组织承诺3个维度得分的时间效应、组间效应及交互效应差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);观察组对职业生涯规划团体辅导活动评价总均分为9.03±0.20。 结论 实习护生对开展专项职业规划团体辅导活动的满意度较高,此活动可显著提高其职业生涯规划状况,有利于帮助实习护生坚定职业目标。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explor the effect of group counseling on career planning for nursing interns. Methods A total of 60 randomly selected nursing interns were divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table, with 30 students in each group. The control group received routine pre-service training, including a brief hospital introduction, nurses′service behavior, management system for nursing interns, interpersonal communication, occupational morals, career prospect planning, etc. While the experimental group additionally received career planning group counseling for 6 times after the pre-service training, once a week, for 2 hours each time. After the training, the effect was evaluated using the career status evaluation scale and the group counseling subjective evaluation questionnaire. Results There were significant differences in time effect, intervention effect and the intervention × time interaction effect between the two groups in the total score of career status and 3 dimension score of career identity, career satisfaction and organizational commitment (P<0.01 for all). The mean subjective evaluation score of the students in the experimental group toward career planning group counseling was (9.03±0.20). Conclusion The nursing interns′satisfaction toward special career planning group counseling is high, the activity could significantly improve their career planning status, and it is conducive to firming their career goal.
