    摘要:

    目的 探讨翻转课堂教学在角膜塑形术首次戴镜患儿中的应用效果。 方法 将160例角膜塑形术患儿按时间段分为对照组和干预组各80例,对照组给予常规健康教育,干预组采用翻转课堂教学。比较两组患儿戴镜成功率和满意度。 结果 干预组患儿戴镜一次成功率、总成功率及满意度评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。 结论 翻转课堂教学能提高角膜塑形术患儿戴镜成功率,提升患儿及其家长的满意度。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of flipped classroom teaching used in children with myopia wearing orthokeratology contact lenses. Methods One hundred and sixty children with myopia wearing orthokeratology contact lenses were divided into a control group and an observation group of 80 chronologically, receiving either routine health education or alternative teaching employed flipped classroom approach. The success rate of lenses warning and satisfaction with nursing service were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of first attempt success and the total success rate, as well as the satisfaction score in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01 for all). Conclusion Application of flipped classroom approach in children with myopia wearing orthokeratology contact lensescan improve the success rate of lenses wearing and satisfaction of children and their families with nursing work.
