This article summarizes the risk factors of falls among oncology patients from aspects such as disease and treatment factors, medication factors, psychological and cognitive factors, and environmental factors.It also discusses prevention strategies for falls among hospitalized oncology patients, including high-risk population screening, management of chemotherapy-related symptoms, medication safety management, diversified health education, and improvement of the hospital environment.The article aims to provide references for constructing a fall risk management plan for hospitalized oncology patients.
