    摘要:

    目的 构建胃癌并存肌少症患者围手术期营养方案,并探讨其应用效果。方法 基于文献回顾、小组访谈形成营养方案初稿,运用德尔菲法进行2轮专家函询形成胃癌并存肌少症患者围手术期营养方案。于2023年1-12月采用便利抽样法选取53例胃癌并存肌少症患者,根据住院时间段分为对照组27例、试验组26例。对照组采用常规营养护理,试验组采取胃癌并存肌少症患者围手术期营养方案,并于患者术前、术后5 d、出院后1个月评价效果。结果 两组不同时间血清白蛋白和总蛋白、四肢骨骼肌质量指数和握力比较,组间效应(除握力外)、时间效应和交互效应差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 围手术期实施营养方案可以改善胃癌并存肌少症患者术后营养状况,提高患者肌力水平。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the application effects of perioperative nutrition program for gastric cancer patients with sarcopenia.Methods Based on literature review and group interviews, the first draft of nutrition program was formed, and two rounds of expert consultation were conducted by Delphi method to form the perioperative nutrition program for gastric cancer patients with sarcopenia.A total of 53 gastric cancer patients with sarcopenia were selected by convenient sampling method and divided into the control group (n=27) and the experimental group (n=26) according to the admission time.The control group was given routine nutrition nursing intervention, while the experimental group was given the perioperative nutrition program.The effects were evaluated before operation, 5 days after operation and 1 month after discharge of the patients.Results Comparison of serum albumin and total protein, limb skeletal muscle mass index, and grip strength between two groups at different time showed statistically significant differences in inter group effects (excluding grip strength), time effects, and interaction effects (all P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing the nutritional program during the perioperative period can improve the postoperative nutritional status of the gastric can-cer patients with sarcopenia, and enhance their muscle strength level.
